I hope he denies, but every delay he granted and there was one i believe that vringo rejected and the judge granted, i could be wrong but i remember something that the judge gave vring time to respond and then ruled for google even though vringo had the better augument, i can't remember and this lyme diesease really fried my brain so sorry if i am talking a out somethng else maybe someone remembers? Not sure this was enough if they showed google tactics in the court that red brought up maybe it works, hjj will probably rule 10 days to depose becker. Praying i am wrong !
