SK3 A HOLDING COMPANY OR A MMJ COMPANY OR BOTH? ALL IMO The Dream team is all I need it's the new sk3 and the money is coming now that they cleaned it up.I can't believe this I mean I always believed in the dream team but to see it in filings sweet! Looks like they spend some money to clean things up and file. Iequity and healthcare of today have been trying since 2009 to move all the companies and subsidiaries over to be under sk3 group inc and they were going to change the name and ticker and go Nasdaq but to get there and do those things I read they needed to have 2 yrs filings and audits and be a full reporting company before sk3 could take over all the companies and change the name and ticker. Looks like its in the works now. Balancing the books and doing the audits is the beginning the. Then comes the companies and the money. ALL IMO. And lets say SK3 does not have all those companies and subsidiaries from the last 13 years from Iequity/Healthcare of today. Then they are all clean and ready for the MMJ. AND Boom here we go. Or if Sk3 is both a holding company and mmj Medical greens then DOUBLE BOOM!! and Here we really go to the Moon!

The 2013 fins will be huge cant wait.
