Oh and here is one more thing that has been bothering me, "someone" on here said they were going to choose one of the many companies down in Mcmullen county to go into a JV with. Its funny how they already knew they amount of acerage (40), and the % of royalties but still havent chose a JV partner...... hmmm ?
