Funding news is ALWAYS the precurser to the Study news.
IMO, expect it in a day or two. They needed to get the deal finalized, the lawyers lock in the details, get it signed and off they go to the respective regulators and start the study. No way does the study start, till they have the cash. Typically studies require 40% cash upfront. Then milestone payments. So the big up-front is always that hard part. CRO's will NOT start the work without either cash or, in rare cases, shares. The Patent news may or may not hit, but the Study is 100% dependent on money.
Why else would Elite get so much of a commitment ($10M), unless they need the upfront money, and a guarantee to be able to make the milestone payments.

IMO,I beleive the Home Run is right around the corner, and I will be buying what I can.
