Shares Structure is scary to say the least. There is well over 350 million O/S. AND 5 Billion, that's with a B.

IMHO, I would be reluctant to invest with all these shares outstanding. (Been there, done that.) More dilution is extremely possible. They would need to be a more tight share structure.
