Lehman Brothers has a great deal of cash on hand or coming its way! Lehman Brothers could probably fund a DIP facility and make a good ROI as a new business venture. I do not see the Debtors/creditors lowering their priority when all they need to do is sell a much wanted or desired section of Lehman Brothers real estate to an investor if they need a little more cash.

Based upon what you have read about this Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, how do you think it will play out? If you are still buying CT shares, feel free to put off your response until a better time for you to respond.

Definition of 'Debtor-In-Possession Financing - DIP Financing'
Financing arranged by a company while under the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process. DIP financing is unique from other financing methods in that it usually has priority over existing debt, equity and other claims.
