It's definitely not a dump ....did you read the report (http://www.fortmilltimes.com/2013/04/22/2634873/octagon-88-resources-announces.html) I have knowledge of what they are talking about...but the sharp drop in price is created by insiders....shortly you will see it rising sharply as insiders start buying them back...HOLD tight...
