I put out a flurry of marketing ploys a couple of years ago but this is one of my favorite and the revenues would be HUGH I believe..JMO..Tif..END Subject: 911 responders and what the PHR does in 911 areas whose city councils
have signed up for the MMRF PHR offered to all head of households.
(1) A newspaper(s) makes public the PHR being offered and the city can also put a flyer in folks water bill, elect. bill, etc and on the top of that bill would be a box that can be checked which obligates that head of
household will pay for a 1 year subscription and can be paid in full or monthly depending on which box they check. (2) MMRF upon receiving moneys for that particular person will send out the PHR package for the head of
household to populate in case of a 911 emergency at the family home such as;
Lucy- Ashsma attacks, Bill-prone to diabetic coma, Mary-life threatening allergys, bee sting, almonds...etc. (3) MMRF will not be responsible for notifying 911 of new accounts I.D. number and it is the head of households responsibility to call the city number that was provided on their
water bill and make sure their PHR I.D. is entered for first responders review as they make their way to the emergency call! (4) The 7 dollar monthly charge (negotiable) will distribute 2 dollars to the city and 5 dollars to MMRF. The 2 dollars will surly be a welcome income for any 911 area and I feel would be greatly received by any 911 area code. (5) The newspaper article/flyers should also show ALL the benefits a MMRF PHR offers besides just the 911 end of things. Of course MMRF will also provide all info in PHR package mailed to new user.
(6) Why MMRF's PHR? Because we have the
