I'm sraying in also, i been thinking that judge is leaning towards google. Here is my thinking he would of ruled no if he wasn't going to rule towards them. Also i'm so sick of hearing about judges don't want apeals, talked to one judge and he said that judges don't worry about them at all they have there rulings on how the interpet the law. If someone gets an apeal and it is overturned so be it. They do not rule trying not to have apeals. Thats what a retired judge told me and i believe him!
