Maybe because some of these shells are really going to be very lucrative for someone else (not us and GBG) in the near future? JMVHO and can be had for next to nothing in the liquidation/re-org of GBG.

As I was going up the stair, I met a man that wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. I wish to God he'd go away.
