Stocky, usually when there's a big transaction like that after hours after blocks have been flying and especially when that big after hours trade is an odd number of shares like this one was, it means the seller is done. (On rare occasions it can mean that was all the buying power there was at the moment for the seller's shares but usually it's the former.) PERT, who I suspect was the MM for Aquavest went away to $2 for a bit this week but came down to $1.50 again today. Good chance they were the seller. So it will be instructive to see tomorrow whether they remain the 1.50 ask where they are now (with several others) or move away.
