Smart folks stacked silver from $2 to $8 (even had a chance to do so just 4+ years ago)

Smart folks have dumped silver on not-so-smart folks during the bubble

The bubbles still has a lot of deflating to do.

Smart folks are dumping on the low-IQ late-to-the-party folks
