Think about it, stock has no reason to go down at this point - only up. And I strongly doubt many people will sell at this point either.

Stock traded $1.90 per share 10 months ago

I am pretty convinced we will approach the neighborhood of ~.40 around the time of first news from the company, which can come any time between Monday and end of the month. But I wouldn't gamble here. Everyone that knows how to read a chart knows what's coming.
