If the fed gov were to make a statement going after someone, Dixie Elixirs would certainly be in the top 3 targets. It is a very real risk and the reason this stock is not .50-$1 right now.

If Holder were to come out and say they are going to let the states handle their own MJ laws then MJNA would no longer be a penny stock IMO.

There is great risk and great reward here....
