Absolutely, it would difinetly cut down on communications but, once the terrorist find out that this technology is available and being used, they simply won't use face to face any more .

This is a patent and stock that is hard to place a value on! Hopefully they'll be a bidding war on the value!

As of now to my understanding its not mandatory that all VoIP companies have to use this technology!

If or when, could determine the true value !!! And then it could get real scary how high the pps could fly!
