Mr. Market does not always agree. I can provide current examples of very smart investors who are under water in their deals. Even book value may not hold.

Absolutely correct. One I'm sure you're thinking of is Wilbur Ross and SNBC. WR is no slouch when it comes to bank investing and he has been considerably under-water for well over 2 years :~O

As a retail investor I don't want this settling at .50. I really need it at or under BV.
