Let me clear something up for you...An "E" gets added when a company that trades on the Nasdaq Stock Market or the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) falls behind in its reporting obligations with the SEC.

Notice VHGI was OTCQB not OTCBB...Because of that the "E" rule does not apply... When and QB stock goes late, a downgrade in tier change is what takes place!

You are right in most cases, however VHGI trades on a diff exchange...and yes it matters what exchange you belong to in order to recieve and "E"!

So the "E" will never happen with a QB stock or with VHGI!

Once VHGI files they will be upgraded right back to QB status!

All non issue IMO...as the filing is inbound!
