SK3 Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: SKTO) announced today that it has secured an aggregate of over 40 acres of real estate in Southern California to develop indoor and outdoor state-of-the-art growing facilities for the collectives it is managing.


Secured was put in place of purchased for a very specific reason.


Sk3 is not a landlord or a collective. I think it's genius.
