Bebida Beverage Company (BBDA)

Well , I am trying to figure out why Koma would use bebida for distribution. If brian is running the company to the ground. Why would Koma not search out a stronger company who has money to promote the product and money for racing and yet still manage a share price of a stock. I don't get how this relationship is benefiting both parties. Seems like one side is getting the bad end.
