rests with Mart as the new CEO. That is unless taking your loss works out best for you on paper. Ken sold you out either intentionally or through astute educated negligence and I don't think that you really want to burn the house down when there may be a chance of saving your ASK.

Yah, the paint is chipped and the roof leaks and it isn't worth much at this point in time. But you have to wonder why a man with Mart's background would want to even try to salvage anything from this cluster in lieu of simply writing off his loses and letting it fold. I mean really! Come on!

Could it be that the land it sits on is in the path of a future freeway or railroad? Maybe just a little park or something, but something of value going forward? I certainly don't know, but I think that it is very short sighted to put blame on Mart for what Kenneth hath wrought. That's just my take on it and I don't know any more about it than you do. Just my perception thus far.
