Second, yes, I did contact Craola asking them to help me understand this program and how they could deem it to be positive. I asked them to justify it over recycling and non-profit programs that benefit kids and the environment. I asked them to help me understand, as a concerned supporter of Craola and their exceptional brand and corporate image, how they could offer a positive program that has a negative impact on the environment and if they could provide me with details on why my math is wrong. I further asked them if they were prepared to defend the potential negative publicity if my math was right. They were very appreciative and obviously quick to remove the program from their website.
See, it is not difficult to understand the issues here... Craola does and it didn't take them a mere fraction of the information that I have provided here.
When the shipping cost is 4X greater than the value of the fuel that can be made and the fuel that is burned shipping the used caryons and markers is greater than the fuel that can be produced... it is easy to understand why p20 is not only not commercially viable.... but P2O IS BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT!
It seems Craola agrees.
