I don't agree with this chopper. Just isn't true. This sort of thing happens all the time. The company that I currently am working for was created over the phone...without an office and put in to play. Contract were put together prior to ever coming to light. It is a company with great revenue and great performance. It is also a company that I will be part owner of within the next few months....those contract are under way as well. Many people create companies with contracts way before an office is ever in play. $SKTO
