New sec filing on Edgars online.

CPI states that it can't get out the earnings results for the end of year. They don't have the staff. Excuse me, they knew the numbers where bad enough to slash hours after Christmas, and they absolutely knew the numbers when they decided to close down US operations, so who do they think they're fooling?
