Mberto: This company NTVI is responsible for every single Telatino's PR. A name change is just a name change. You can do it once a week. But, the assets and liabilities move FORWARD to the new name, with the PR's, representations and all the rest. Threfore, this company's last PR is the latest news. You can't stop us from talking about this company. If you would like me to explain this to Matt, let me know. He is very familiar with name changes.
