I believe that it is prudent of MMRF to set up this 100 million "line of credit" for future IF NEEDED! I believe we will all find out that if MMRF uses this option for cash that it will be used very sparingly, if at all, I bet on the "not at all" due to as yet undisclosed revenues that are coming in the pipeline of E-Mail Frequency and of course Celgenes 10 million, China, Australia, Patent revenue, and all the other various signed agreements can and will I believe finally put this company in the black this year...JMO...Tiffer
