B.O.R. Do you not think that the victims in BOSTON would not want their LEGS back...or their lives????...public privacy is one thing,
TERRORISTS are another L.I. monitors VOIP/telephone and sms texting traffic.........when this increases LI kicks in to record the traffic and IF requested by LAW INFORCEMENT only the data will be provided.......Mumbai is an unfortunate example.....the voip "chatter" before the event went nuts.......if "Lawful Intercept " had been available there is no question that the bad guys may have been thwarted BEFORE their killing spree.........give people back their limbs or life....NOT POSSIBLE....preventing the next massacre....PRICELESS!!!!!!!!
