Okay I just called 405-713-1107 at the Judges office and talked to a really nice guy there and asked when CJ-2005-7459 was going to go to trial. He said there is nothing on the docut yet and that it will not go to trial unless a motion to enter is submitted. If no party enters that within a year then its decleared a mis-trial...Art you seem to have a good relationship with Megas could you ask him about this...I refuse to write him due to his ugly emails back to me.
