hoppylad, December 10th is the post where Telatinos claimed to have acquired a non-existant registered trademark.

Quite frankly, if anyone shows up to defend against any action against this company they would most likely argue that the evidence was even earlier (such as Millagro's mailing address at a Mailboxes Etc. in Orlando transferring to another nameless box at an offshore remailer in Miami). There is also the fact that Telatinos NEVER registered with the State of Florida even though they initially claimed that they were operating in South Miami. The previous fraud could also be held to be significant here.

That is why anyone who is legitimately interested in seeing justice done would get this into court as quickly as possible. There are no public assets available to satisfy a judgment so ANY recovery will necessarily be from private sources. Makes you wonder why some posters continue to advocate delay tactics doesn't it?
