So? Look at the 10k for ANY company and you will see convertible notes. In fact, show me one 10k that DOESN'T have some form of convertible note and I will shut up right here, right now. Besides, ours is insignificant anyways.

Regardless, no one was questioning if there are notes or not. What I am questioning is how you were able to prove that the notes are being converted RIGHT NOW via NITE. You can't because you're full of it.
