"Stage I proposals are required and should be clear and succinct while providing
sufficient details to allow a clear understanding on the science behind the
research project proposed. Stage I applications will be reviewed and a decision
will be made by the beginning of December of this year(2012).
Invitations to apply for Stage II of the review process will be sent out no later than mid-December 2012. At that time, the structure for this Second Stage application will be provided.

Stage II applications will be then due on February 6, 2013 and we will then take a month or so to review those applications and expect to announce the awards in May 2013 and to begin funding the grantees in June 2013."

Despite misunderstanding by many, running for the MJFF Therapeutic Grant from last Fall is still up for grabs. Awardees should be announced end of April/beginning of May.
