Nobody is going to offer Barry Henthorn any money to take over Baristas. Even if he were not a criminal defrauding investors, which he is, nobody is going to pay more than ten times P/S and more than 50 times P/E. and more than 30 times book value. And nobody is going to offer him anything for a company that has no audited financials, to a man who has been sued dozens of times personally, and more than a hundred times when one adds the legal actions against his companies. And nobody is going to buy this company when the CEO has got numerous cases which he has lost in court and the plaintiff cannot collect because he has no money. Forget it. Why would anyone pay nearly two million dollars per kiosk when one can build forty or fifty from scratch for the price of one. And why would anyone pay anything for the ice cream when one can start one's own ice cream in the same manner for a few thousand dollars. Forget it.
