Well in the PR it said this

SK3 also reports that it has registered with the disclosure services of OTC Markets and is preparing its financial statements for calendar years 2011 and 2012 which will be filed along with the required company disclosures


Notice the word "financial statements", that did not say audit. Perhaps they decided to go full blown and get the audit done so people actually believe it instead of their original plan to just put out unaudited statements.


I think it's a good thing!
