Don't get me wrong, I don't think they are going to necessarily be significant either, but if you look at 2009 and 2010 (unaudited) financials they had net income of $246,373 in 2009 and $22,201 in 2010.

And in 2009 they had cash and cash eq. of 504,813 with 2010 having 520,474.

I don't expect someone like KA to get involved with a company that's on the ropes and then completely changing their direction into a skeptical/unknown (in some people's opinions) sector.

Easier just to start from scratch. My feeling is that there are going to be some significant developments and disclosures here in the next days to few months.
