I filed the claims papers that I received maybe a month ago. Last week I received papers for executive something claim and it didn't seem to apply to shareholders. Am I wrong about this? Sorry I don't know the names of the documents, I don't have them with me.

But it seemed the executive claim was more about services rendered like attorney's working the BK and such. Hopefully I am following this correctly.

Let me know your take. Thanks for the reply. I would have thought more people would be talking about it. Maybe I'm the only one who doesn't know - this is my first time. Usually I buy after the BK anouncement and play the bounce. Works like a charm for me. I was hoping THQ wouldn't hit BK and was betting on a comeback.
