If anything, current management of CDEX is even more corrupt than any former management. Although I am FAR from convinced that any former CEO is truly out of touch with CDEX...they still own a large part of the blame
and the shares. No former CEO that I know of EVER made a loan shark loan to CDEX of 33 percent.

None EVER sold a false distributership re cancer to the LUBBOCK bunch and then claimed that the sale was of a PRODUCT.

None ever went BK and cheated the CREDITORS, SHAREHOLDERS, etc, out of any chance to ever collect by "promising" to pay with diluted shares, and the false hope that an IMAGINARY DOO-HICKEY would make them well.
