I disagree. If the feds decide to continue to enforce mj laws it will have a severe negative impact (temporarily anyway) on mmj regardless of state actions. However, given that CO and WA have fully legilized it and several other states and members of Congress are rapidly moving that way to varying degrees indicates that this is just around the corner from becoming another accepted medicinal, and recreational, product.
