optimistic trader the reason the company isn't being bought in large blocks by big financial institutions. they are waiting for the coal shipments to start to China. that would draw the attention of many large investors. that is the reason this company is not yet on the big boards. but gives investors a chance of buying a company with potential. just my opinon
