Can't say that.

I had previously asked Stewart about the process, and he said it could take 2 weeks to 6 months for the SEC to review and accept the 24 months of audited financials.

Worst Case Scenario: if we finish the audit at the end of the 2nd quarter, then it could be as late as early January before the SEC comes back.
