The uncertainty over O/S shares and financials is inherent in the risk. Without this uncertainty there would be no huge upside potential. If I wait until GFCI has an exact share count and full financial accounting, I wouldn't be in the position to hit the proverbial homerun. Just because there isn't an exact share count doesn't mean GFCI is printing shares faster than they can be counted.
In fact GFCI's management thus far shows competence and industry experience. They operate in a high margin industry and aren't hamstrung by lack of cash. The JETMOTOR costs less than $2000 to make and rents out at $5k per DAY!!!!! GFCI's patents are the key coupled with Jerry Griffin's industry experience in tool development.
Lastly, management owns the majority of the shares, so they have the biggest interest to protect. Printing shares would only hurt themselves in the long run.
Only time will tell. If I'm right I will make many times my money. I'm willing to loose it all.
