That is bad customer service "IF" true, when starting off in business, even when having a business already established, customer service is a priority even if it means taking a loss. I wonder how true it maybe, a little exaggerating I hope. Why are they shipping a valuable item without insuring it or without delivery confirmation, weird. Also I cant imagine how a plate would get damaged. I shot the plates before I don't see them getting damaged especially during shipping. I mean, I seen fragile items get damage but not something solid. I am a manager for the Post Office and have been for 10 years. I been a manager for shipping and receiving for company called utility trailer. Truthfully I really don't see this happening at least not both scenarios, and to the same shipping person (police department), back to back, very weird! This is not good if in fact true but I don't see both scenario to be true maybe, one or the other I hope. Big boxes don't normally get lost or miss delivered not likely.

If true I'm pretty sure Sean has fixed it or will fix once he catches wind of it....
