Chapter 7 does nothing for government debt of any kind. You cannot get government debt wiped out. Not any kind of tax, income, sales, etc. Not to mention fines that should be tacked on, if not already. The IRS will get them. The assets are not hard to find... many on here have basically told them where they are. It is pretty evident that ATRNQ moved to DNA. Again, if the government agencies do their jobs, including Bankruptcy court, they can claw back anything within a certain time period... 2 or 5 years? Whether this is good or bad for us, it definitely is not good for the crooks.
