Your claims of "it's been around since the stone age" remain unbacked by any supporting material. I've posted plenty of facts to prove my case and the market is responding by slicing PEIX's stock in half. (That means they believe me and not you)

I'm shocked you've failed to step up to the plate. After all, I did say if you show me one example of this technology in use before GERS came around(a cave man?), I would quit posting here.

That's was your chance and you blew it. You've failed to prove GERS' technology is not novel, which would free PEIX from claims of infringement. As you pointed out, I've posted links to the patents and they clearly patent the use of a centrifuge to extract a product that's mostly oil from concentrated stillage. A process that PEIX is obviously infringing. Companies infringe patents from time to time, PEIX is one of them. That's why GERS has vowed to expand the litigation this year against companies using the advanced oil and oil plus systems which PEIX is using both.
Let's not forget, ICM told PEIX that under a proper interpretation of the patents, ICM's systems don't infringe. The judge interpreted them in GERS' favor and against what ICM led PEIX and other infringers to believe. That's all that matters here.
