Those are what we call super stars. House hold names are Super stars, the A-list goes beyond that.
If those where the only A-list celebs A-list parties would consist of like 10 people. Just because they are not people you recognize the names of doesn't make them non A-list stars.
It's all about what demographic you are. Other than Super stars because they are shoved in your face and in every other movie/show.
Just like the people you named.
