Silence? That's not our problem now. The issue we're facing is much deeper - there was news, and very positive news. From what I was told, it was circulated not only through the general PR wire, but it was also targeted to medical and healthcare venues.
There should have been some reaction, regardless of the changed policy of a few months ago. It makes no sense to say that since management hasn't been chatty for the past few months, that's why there was no response to genuinely positive news. Fixating on the PR policy is just a red herring IMO.
