You don't even want to get me started on this topic. My daughter in her college years was at someones apartment and the RAs decided to do a hunt of the apartment because someone threw a cigarette out of an upstairs window. There was a bowl in the kids night stand.....well needless to say $5,000 in attorney fees later my daughter ended up having to take the ARD program and then I had to pay to get it expunged from her record. I didn't believe my daughter's story until I heard it straight from a school official. It wasn't on my daughter and they weren't even high....she got charged with possession of drug para...for a bowl being in a nightstand at a friends house. Cops were not my friends that day.
