Good post! This is a fact... VNDM will do this all day with himself to make 1 or 2 ticks. Why? because he can! and after so many of them (buys/trades) with all the money and resources he has he can make out well on a stock like this. Guess who was buying shares when it was in the 2's???? He will continue as long as there is no buying pressure or chill is off. Manipulation? yeah a little but I guess there are no rules at this level. This is not the only stock he does this too.

Remove the Chill
Get SS in order
Up-list to a less manipulated exchange
Then show everyone the millions they are making with a Great Business at the end of the 3rd qtr

It will happen! Just a matter of when not if. IMO
