I agree...they really do. They are sending mixed signals. It needs to be cleared up. I honestly believe that when it comes to mmj that the feds will leave it alone as long as the state guidelines are being followed and the states are keeping it under control. When it comes to medical use I really don't think the feds want to touch it.....but they need to set federal guidelines so other states can follow suit. As far as just mj and the average person...I think that is where things begin to get sticky. I can take it either way...I don't smoke and wouldn't even if it were legal. I would be the paranoid person when someone bust into a room...haha. There does need to be a decision made and they need to quit avoiding answering them and come up with a plan! $SKTO. I am ready for the fins already...this is driving me crazy!
