I am new to this board and this company. A friend of mine has held this stock for a while now and today he asked me to look into it. So, I just looked at the most recent press releases, and the 10-K and a couple of other filings. So, coming in cold, with nobackground knowledge, it looks like 2012 was a heck of a lot better than 2011. If I am reading it correctly they are transitioning from a consulting/services company to one that is creating and producing more tangible product(s), on a variety of fronts. They get the joint venture partners who have the money, then they provide all the startup services and they also own mand manage some of their own producing businesses--is that basically correct. As I read through the last 30-50 messages on this board I see reference to "dumping shares" and I'm not up-to-date on who/what that charge is aimed at. And there seems to be some tendency on the part of some posters to doubt, or at least have little faith in, the veracity of the numbers--if that is the case is that fear based on something tangible such as past experiences here or just a basic fear of not being able to trust some Chinese businesses. Will the uplist to the new exchange have a positive impact on the current share price? In your opinions, has this company been managed properly over the past year? Is this Chad Sykes departure a big deal or red flag? Does the bird flu concerns bode well for these other types of food products? Can they count on continued business relations with all these small farmers, as that looks to me to be a big part of the operations--sell products to them, buy cartain products from them--kind of one big cycle. It also seems to me that 2012 was a year of construction and now some of those completed plants/buildings/farms might start paying off this year or 2014? Sorry about all the questions, but I have found some IHUB boards to be very knowledgeable and containing both pro and con biases which can be helpful in making investing decisions. As I said, my friend has owned this for awhile, but today was the first time he has told me to look into it. I must admit that in addition to giving him my feedback I am thinking of starting a position with these current under .50 share prices. I will appreciate any feedback you all care to give. I have been a free member of IHUB for many years, investing primarily in some Biotech stocks. Thanks again.
