Who gives a s*@^ now. The PR wraps up our situation pretty well imo. Looks like they may be handing out commons to anyone and everyone they need to provide a service and/or to settle "legacy" issues. IMO, no legitimate public company needs to raise it's A/S by 200% unless they are out of options. I don't invest in garbage like this.
