Not sure anyone blames mgmt for not finding oil. But, many especially myself DO BLAME PN for telling shareholders that they found "what was expected" instead of the more disappointing indicators. That little tidbit cost many who blocked out the noise and chose to only listen to mgmt. So yes, there is blame and it rests with mgmt who were not forthcoming.
